RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Vebka Foods, led by Karthik, we prioritize your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you.

RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Packaging: The original packaging must be intact and unopened.
• Notification: Please notify us of your intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving it.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed after inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued within 7–15 working days through the original payment method and may take 5–7 days to appear in the customer’s bank account.
